We have received some questions regarding reservations, so please confirm the following.
* Reservations can be made from the Reservation button on the top right of our website.
* Please have your credit card ready as we only accept online payments.
* Multiple rooms cannot be reserved at once. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make reservations and payments for each room separately.
* Cancellation policies are as follows. For the entire reservation (including tax) Cancellation fees of 20% of the accommodation fee will be charged from 60 to 31 days before the check-in date Cancellation fees of 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged from 30 days before the check-in date to the day of check-in Cancellation fees of 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before or on the day of check-in, or for no-shows.
* Please check the room capacity. Yotei View Room - Maximum 3 guests (including children) ---Deluxe Family can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, for a total of 4 guests. (3-4 adults not allowed) Standard twin room: Maximum 3 people (including children) Children aged 13 and over are considered adults.
* We do not accept enquiries by phone.
* Please note that it may take some time for us to reply to enquiries by email.
* We do not accept waiting list. Please check the availability of rooms yourself. We look forward to your reservation.
